In a robot world, a young idealistic inventor travels to the big city to join his inspiration's company, only to find himself opposing its sinister new management. Even in a world populated entirely by mechanical beings Rodney Copperbottom is considered a genius inventor. Rodney dreams of two things, making the world a better place and meeting his idol, the master inventor Bigweld. On his journey he encounters Cappy, a beautiful executive 'bot with whom Rodney is instantly smitten, the nefarious corporate tyrant Ratchet who locks horns with Rodney, and a group of misfit 'bots known as the Rusties, led by Fender and Piper Pinwheeler.
Three teens discover that their neighbor's house is really a living, breathing, scary monster. The teenage Ninja mutant snail DJ is observing his neighbor Nebbercracker on the other side of their street in the suburb that destroys tricycles of children that trespass his lawn. When DJ's parents travel on the eve of Halloween and the abusive nanny Zee stays with him, he calls his clumsy best friend Chowder to play basketball. But when the ball falls in Nebbercracker's lawn, the old man has a siege, and soon they find that the house is a monster. Later the boys rescue the smart Jenny from the house and the trio unsuccessfully tries to convince the babysitter, her boyfriend Bones and two police officers that the haunted house is a monster, but nobody believes them. The teenagers ask their video-game addicted acquaintance Skull how to destroy the house, and they disclose its secret on the Halloween night.
A serious investigation takes place - Mr. Burns was shot by someone unknown. The town police interrogates many people but there are no clues until Mr. Burns himself doesn’t wake up for a few seconds and is able to speak only one name - Homer Simpson. After this accident the head of the Simpson family is arrested and gets in jail only to escape rather soon. His daughter holds her own investigation of the accident and reveals some facts which might clear her father’s name. It all ends up when Burns wakes up one more time and this time speaks more clearly. In another episode Springfield becomes the scene for the production of one popular TV show. Bart and Milhouse take part in the audition to get the role.
It became that hot in Springfield it was really difficult to stand it. Bart and Lisa come up with the decision it would be much easier to stand the heat with their own swimming pool. They ask their father to arrange it on the back yard. The swimming pools becomes really popular among other children. While having fun and jumping from the nearby tree Bart accidentally falls and breaks his leg. When it is understood he will spend the whole summer in his room lying in bed Lisa presents him her telescope. Later when watching through the telescope in the neighbor’s yard Bart notices Ned Flanders with the shovel. His own thoughts bring him to the decision that Flanders had killed his wife Maude.
In the first episode there is a flashback where Homer is shown during the most adventurous period of his life. He was a real musician, have been playing with the group. The Be Sharps (gang's name) were of such popularity they even had won Grammy. It was a period full of emotions and passions, but still it ended up with Homer missing his family and group’s breakup. The life of the family turns into thriller when on one regular day Bart opens a letter and understands it is written with blood. Later there are more such letters and they all come from Sideshow Bob, who was recently released from the prison. Simpsons have to move to another place while taking part in Witness Relocation Program.

Book Four: Balance is the fourth and final season of the animated television series The Legend of Korra by Michael Dante DiMartino and Bryan Konietzko. It consists of thirteen episodes ("chapters"), all animated by Studio Mir. The episodes are made available on the Nickelodeon website and other online outlets each Friday beginning on October 3, 2014. Critical reception of Book Four, as of the series in general, was positive. Book Four is set three years after the previous season.
